"Do not get your insurance through Jean in Oconomowoc. I got rental insurance for my apartment that I was about to move into. I couldn’t even get my keys because Jean messed up both my address and declarations page which were both provided correctly to her. I then had to pay more because they re-wrote my insurance, which happened twice. I asked Jean to give me her managers number and she would not do so and then told me she wasn’t going to go back and forth with me. I will not be renewing my insurance at State Farm."
